What ship methods are used?

We use outside delivery companies (USPS / CNE / SF International), we cannot guarantee these delivery times.

 

Can I update the shipping address?

Normally we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. Let’s contact as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address--e-mail us at: service@sdeervip.com

Kindly Note:

  • We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out.
  • If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review the shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

 

When will my order ship?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer.

If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take several business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
